Things do not always go according to plan. After many years working in the Corporate world and having gone through the global pandemic that shook many people's lives,  I -like many others- experienced a shift in my way of thinking.

We live our lives wishing we were doing something different, something that brings more value to others and gives us purpose. Yet, we find it too difficult to start that first step into the unknown and take the chance. Sometimes things start in unexpected ways and 2022 was the year to take on the challenge, Maillard Masters was born.

Maillard Masters is a U.S. based Small Business that sources and manufactures products around the world with a focus on enhancing your culinary experience at home.

Our brand was inspired by the Maillard Reaction. In chemistry, this reaction is responsible for the browned, rich flavors that make bread taste malty and toasty, burgers and steaks taste charred, and coffee have its dark and robust taste.
